Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and customized clothing are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
